Lineage is the third installment of Onus. We see the deep bond between Pax and Alerie grow and break as he tests her in every way possible. Pax can't love her but he has made her the center of his existence and now wants more from his life. Pax sees a chance to have his own body in the mortal realm and his attempt to seize the golden ring has far sweeping consequences for every being in the dimension.
